Happy Dad Days

My Paps is one of those people who has a birthday close to a holiday, in this case Father's Day.  We combined the celebration into one day and had a get together complete with taco salads and weirdo photo booth pictures on the ipad. I brought dessert, as usual, but this time it wasn't cookies. I made a carrot cake since it is my papa Kenneth's favorite.

I made the fondant and shaped the carrots all by myself. It was fun. I cut back on the fat in the cake too, since it is bikini season. Heyo!
