Graduation Day

This weekend, my beautiful little sister graduated from her University. It was a special day to celebrate all of her hard work, so I had to make her a special treat.

I used my chocolate cut out cookie dough recipe and threw in a smidgen of cinnamon to see how it would be. As Jerry says, " Cinnamon. It should be on tables in restaurants along with salt and pepper. Anytime someone says, "Ooh, this is so good - what's in this?" the answer invariably comes back, "cinnamon." Cinnamon. Again and again."* 

I think it added a nice extra layer of flavor.
